We have a network of trusted vendors and contractors to handle all maintenance and repair needs. All repairs are performed upon your approval unless other prior arrangements have been made. We conduct 2 property inspections a year upon request to address any issues efficiently to keep your property in top condition.
5. My property needs cleaning and maybe some paint, can you help with that?
Absolutely! We can help coordinate any upgrades to your property to maximize its income. May times properties need to be updated for habitable reasons, city codes and safety. We can manage the upgrades done and walk the property to evaluate its condition. Some landlords, will do full flooring, change granite in the kitchen or tile a bathroom.
